Bradford University School of Management has been shortlisted in the outstanding employer engagement category for the Times Higher Education Awards 2011.
The employer engagement award, open to all higher education institutions in the UK, recognises a strategic and innovative approach to delivering employers’ workforce development needs. Judges are looking for employability credentials including new ways of working with employers; evidence of high-quality, flexible provision, responsive to employer and employee needs; and evidence of positive impact on businesses.
Bradford University School of Management works closely with local, regional and national businesses and recently launched a joint in-company degree programme with Morrisons [insert link to page about Morrisons degree].
The School of Management is shortlisted alongside five others including the university of York and the University of Derby. The winners will be announced at an awards dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London on Thursday 24 November 2011.
