Bradford University School of Management remains the number one business school in the North of England in the FT’s 2011 ranking.
Bradford also keeps its position within the top 40 in Europe – ahead of UK competitors Manchester, Lancaster, Durham, Cambridge Judge, Edinburgh, Aston, Bath, Leeds, Brunel and Birmingham.
Dr Sarah Dixon, Dean of Bradford University School of Management said: “Given increasing global competition in the business school market, stricter visa regulations and decrease in employer sponsorship, we are proud to have retained our position as a top European business school and the leader in the North.
“However, we are working hard to ensure that we retain and improve upon this position. As competition gets tougher, business schools need to be relevant, innovative and offer a top quality student experience with the best career prospects. We are determined to deliver this. Our success in the rankings is a reflection of our students’ success in moving into management and leadership positions.”
