Mobility scooter challenge raises £700 for holiday lodge for disabled people

The chair of a Yorkshire charity has raised £700 towards the cost of a holiday lodge for disabled people after completing a successful 24 hour mobility scooter challenge. Inspiring adult learners shine at regional awards

Hundreds of people celebrated the achievements of inspirational adult learners from across the region at an awards’ ceremony at Leeds Art Gallery last night (May 17).
