Jobs saved at Backup Staff as business sold to management team

Jobs at Worcester based Backup Staff have been saved following the sale of the business to the management team. All 13 members of staff will retain their jobs.
Chris White and John Russell, partners at The P&A Partnership, were appointed administrators to the recruitment agency on 4 February 2013.
Chris White explained: “This business suffered due to the loss of a large profitable contract which represented approximately 40% of its turnover. This had an impact on the viability of the company as a going concern.
“The employees at Backup Staff are obviously delighted and it also means that those seeking employment via Backup will have job continuity.”
